Deed - Richard Stites - 1694/5

These presents Witnesseth that I Richard Stites of Hempstead on Long Island alias nawsaw in Quens County in the Province of New York do by these presents give grant bargain sell aliuate & releas unto Cap John Sands of Cow Neck in the bounds of Hempstead afore s'd to him his heirs executors or assigns from me my heirs or assigns all my right at Cow Neck forever gates in number of fence with what right of land and timber or other advantages that may accrew or attained there by to have and to hold for ever for and in consideration of full satisfaction already reaseved before ye ensealing thereof In testimony of the premises I have here unto sett my hand and fixed my seal March the 20 Anno Domini 1694-5.
