John KEYS.  His origins are not know at this stage. He was buried in Adstock, Bucks on the 25 Feb 1748. The burial entry had the notation "the Parish Clerk".

He was married to Frances DARNELL on 21 Oct 1714 in Adstock.1

Frances DARNELL was christened on 12 May 1691 in Adstock.1 She was buried in Adstock on the 9 Oct 1770. Her burial entry had the notation "widow aged 79".1

Children were:

child i. Elizabeth KEYES was christened on 4 Jul 1715 in Adstock.1
child ii. John KEYES.
child iii. Francis KEYES was christened on 23 Apr 1721 in Adstock.1
child iv. Susanna KEYES was christened on 25 Jun 1723 in Adstock.1 She was buried in Adstock on the 11 Apr 1728.1
child v. Richard KEYS was christened on 25 Jun 1727 in Adstock.1
child vi. Darnell KEYS was christened on 25 Mar 1730 in Adstock.1 He was buried in Adstock on 2 May 1765.1
child vii. Mary KEYS was christened on 10 Jun 1733 in Adstock.1 She was buried in Adstock on 1 Jul 1762. The burial entry is presumed to be this Mary, rather than her niece baptised in 1748, as the burial entry had the notation "spinster".1
