Last Will and Testament

of Ann Randall - 1779

In the name of God Amen I Ann Randall of Sandy in the County of Bedford widow (being I thank God) of sound mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say)

First I give and bequeath unto my son William Randall of Sandy aforesaid Yeoman the sum of one shilling of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid him by my executrix hereinafter named within one month next after my decease

Also I give and bequeath unto my son John Randall of the town of Huntingdon in the County of Huntingdon Glazier and Plumber the sum of one shilling of likewise lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to him by my executrix hereinafter named within one month next after my decease

And also all the rest residue and remainder of my goods chattels and cattle and personal estate of what nature or kind soever I do hereby give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Smith widow

And do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said Mary Smith my said daughter whole and sole executrix of this my Last Will and Testament and do hereby revoke and make void all former wills by me heretofore made and do hereby publish and declare this only to be my Last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy five

Signed sealed published and declared by the said testatrix the said Ann Randall to be her Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our names as witnesses to this her Last Will at the request off and in the presence of the said testatrix and in the presence of each other
