Mr. Francis HALL had my children with him he did live in Buckingtun Parish where my Uncle Darbie lives before he came over, but I doe not know whereabout he is planted whether neere unto you or far of. He sent a tre or two unto his father since he came over, but nothing of my children which makes the more doubtfull of them.
This is a true copy of such a tre presented to me by Thomas Alcock aforesaid.

Which Thomas Alcock constituted from John Thompson his attorney to ask demand recover or receive of Francis HALL of New Haven the two sonns of the said Elizabeth to witt John Whithead & Thomas Whithead & them hither to send unto him theire uncle to be disposed of, & to sue inplead & prosecute the said Francis Hall for detaining them contrary to the trust reposed in him, & to recover just damages allowing what he shall do therein.

Alcock, Thomas, Boston, memb. chh. 1630-1; dism. 8(7) 1639 to Dedham. His sister Elizabeth Whitehead of Lemington Priors wrote him 25 (8) 1647 concerning her sons John and Thomas W. then with Francis Hall of New Haven, who formerly lived in Buckintun parish where her uncle Darbie lived.
