day of October 1656 made by Cornelius Van Tier hoven unto Henry Brasier
for a
certaine lott of ground within ye lymitts of this City lying &
being in ye Smiths Valley
without ye water part
towards ye East River
abutting to ye West on ye lott belonging to Mr Beekman
to ye South ye River
& on ye East & North sides on ye land belonging to
ye sd Cornelius Van Tien hoven
conteyning in breadth before ye South side thirty foot
Rynlands measure
& behind on ye North side ye like in length
on ye West side twelve rod five foot & a halfe
& on ye East side thirteene rod one foot & a halfe
Now for a confirmacon &c.
The Patent is dated September ye 13th 1667
