Recorded for Frederick Lubberts 

To all &c. to whom this present writing shall come Frederick Lubbert Sen. of Breuklyn in the West Riding of Yorkshire upon Long Island for the jurisdiction thereof sendeth greeting in our Lord God everlasting 

Whereath the said Frederick Lubberts by virtue of a transport from Michail Tades stands possest of a certain house and lott of ground within this city lying and being on ye South side of Pearl Street having to the East the house and lott heretofore belonging unto Thomas Wilcock to the South the great house of Capt. Thomas Delavall formerly belonging to the Dutch Governeur to the West the house and lott of Thomas Frans and in ye North the Street aforenamed, containing in breadth before towards the street on the North side two rod wanting one foot wood measure and behind on the South side two rod five foot In length both on the East and West sides eight rod and nine foot for the which said house and lott of ground, the above named Michael Tades had a patent of confirmation from Governeur Nicholls dated May the 13th 1668 

Know ye that the said Frederick Lubberts for a valuable consideration to him in hand paid or secured to be paid by John Schouten of this City carpenter before the ensealing and delivery hereof the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and therewith to be fully satisfied contented and paid 

Hath given granted transported assigned and set over and by these presents doth hereby fully clearly and absolutely give grant transport assign and set over unto the said John Schouten his heirs and assigns the above recited house and lott of ground situate and being as aforesaid in as ample manner as he had the same by virtue of his transport afore mentioned together with all ground briefs patents of confirmation transports deed or writings whatsoever he the said Frederick Lubberts hath or ever had touching or concerning the premises To have and to hold &c. 

In testimony whereof he the said Frederick Lubberts hath hereunto set his hand and seal this 29th day of January in the 32th year of his Majesties reign anno domini 1679/80

The following transport endorsed on the Patent of Confirmation to Micheil Tades it being from Tades Michielsen to Frederick Lubberts 

Know all men by these presents that I Tades Michielsen only son of Michiel Tades heretofore of this City deceased for a valuable consideration by me or my order received from Frederick Lubberts having full power do hereby transport assign and set over the within mentioned house and lott of ground & premises unto the said Frederick Lubberts his heirs and assigns forever 

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 9th day of February in the 32th year of his Majesties reign anno domini 1679/80
