1. This present inventarie and testament before writtin togeddow (together) with
2. the executor/rix? therein constitut … confermit upone the first day of
3. July 16 seventie four years the said executor/trix? made saith de

5. cautioner the said executor/trix? is becom ……… for his relief

7. of the goods gear and debts of umquile Andrew Hampton
8. in Glaslaw within the parish in of Dunnottar and
9. sheriffdom of Kincardin the time of his decease Andrew deceased
10. in the month of march 16 seventy four years
11. faithfully made and given up by Wm Gregorie
12. in derachtoun executor creditor dative surrogate to
13. the said defunct in place of Jon Alexr procurator fiscal
14. of the commissariut of St Andrews efter due
15. …………. for payment and satisfaction to the said
16. executor of the sum of 220£ money as yet remaining
17. owing by the said defunct to him of the sum of nine
18. hundred marks contenit in one …… account betwixt
19. the said executor and defunct and subt he the said defunct
20. dated the twentie third day of Febry 16 fifty
21. years And also contained in letters of horning raised
22. at the instance of the said defunct against the
23. provest and baillies of Aberdon (Aberdeen?) for ….. of him

26. debted to the said executor the first sum of
27. nine hundred marks which letters are dated the

31. as the same will extend be decreit of the commissary
32. of St Andrews of the date the 29 day of April
