Richards Sticks, Nov 6, 1700

  • I give my son James the land already granted to him in deed also one half 22 acres which I bought from John Stearns, forever.

  • I give my wife Mary Sticks the one third part of all my cattle & all my living creatures & also one third part of all my household goods & she shall chuse which & what part of my goods may be suitable & please her.

  • I give my son Benjamin ten pounds to be paid him in 2 years after my decease & he shall buy land with it.

  • I give my son Henry & his two sons each one yealing heifer my son Henry having already recievd his land.

  • I give my son William one hundred acres of land in a place called Millestone Rock already granted him by deed.

  • I give my two sons John and William my cart & plowss & all tackling & all my tools axes angers, & so on equally divided.

  • To my daughter Rebecca as her share I give 20 shillings to be paid her husband Robert Denge, within a year & a day she being dead after my decease.

  • To my son William, 6 sheep.

  • To my daughters Margaret & Mary I give all the remaining part of my moveable estate divided between them, only Margaret shall have one cow more than Mary.

  • My wife to have her third part after the legacies before mentioned.

  • Last of all my daughters Margarett & Mary to have the rest.
