Name of the Legatees distinguishing the Residual Legatee 

Sarah Curtis, Residual legatee for life. After her decease to my children. 

Account of the several legacies and annuities and form of the requests particularly of the residue 

I resign all my rights and claim on the farms or other premises of my late in the occupation of my late son William Curtis at West Thurrock to my daughter in law Sarah Curtis on consideration that she pay out of the effects of my said son £300 to my daughter Ann Spitty and £500 to Thomas Curtis Creed at 24 Interest for his maintenance &c.
