To all Christian people & others whatsoever to whom this present writing shall or may come Doerts an Esopus Indian woman & one of the Sach….sts of the said Indians in the County of Ulster & Awarawat? & Ockperawin her two sons & Asuctwicktogh?? her daughter lawful owners of several tracts of land lying in the County of Ulster send greeting now know ye that the said Doerts

Awarawat? Ockperawin & Asuctwicktogh for & in consideration of a good gun or firelock a brass kettle a cloth of strounds (sic. strouds?) a sprickled shirt & thrity pipes of wampum to them or one of them well and true for & in consideration of a good gun or firelock a brass kettle a cloth of strounds (sic. strouds?) a sprickled shirt & thrity pipes of wampum to them paid & delivered before the execution of these presents by Stephanus Gacherie of Kingston in the County of Ulster aforesaid

Have remized released and forever quitt claimed and by these presents do for them their heirs & successors fully clearly and absolutely demise release & forever quit? claim? (slightly obscured) unto the said Stephanus Gacherie And in his full & peaceable possession seizen being and to his heirs & assigns forever all the estate right title interest claim and demand whatsoever which they the said Indians now have or which they or their heirs or successors at any time hereafter may or ought to have of in or to all that certain tract of land situate lying & being in the bounds & limits of the Township of Marbletown in the County aforesaid

on the South side of the Rondout Creek opposite to the mouth of a certain small creek that waters out in the said Rondout at the North East end of the clear land of Mr. Moses Du pois called the Kyserike
from there running South Easterly to a certain fall on Cocksincks Creek (sic. Coxing) including all the turnings & windings of the same to the bounds of the Township of Rochester
then along the same to the said Rondout Creek
then along the same including all the turnings and windings then to the first station

To have and to hold the said tract of land and premises with the appurtenances hereditaments & interest? and every part and parcel thereof unto him the said Stephanus Gacherie his heirs and assigns forever

So that neither the said Indians nor their heirs nor successors shall have any right or title to the tract nor no other in their stead or name but of all right title & claime of estate therein or to or out of the same shall and are forever utterly excluded and debarred by these presents

In witness whereof the said Doests Awarawat Ochpreawin & Asuctwicktogh have hereto put their marks & seals in Marble town this fifth day of March in the first year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George by the grace of God King of Great Britain &c. Anno Domini 1714/15

Notes - 
1. Indian names are the best I could make out, heavy print bleeding in the Deed Book.
2. This appears to be the same land as Stephen bought in 1709. Possibly he was ratifying his right to it from the local Indians by re-purchasing it from them, and then registering this deed.
