Know all men by these presents that we Abraham Kip and Joshua Kip both of the City of New York now executors of Jacobus Kip who was executor to Julius Verplank of the City aforesaid have remised released and forever quit claimed and by these presents do ourselves our executors and administrators and every of us clearly and absolutely remise release and forever quit claim unto Sarah Schouten executrix of John Schouten of the City aforesaid her heirs executors and assigns all and all manner of actions suits quarrels debts duty bonds bills writings mortgages obligatory reckonings accounts and demands whatsoever which against the said Sarah Schouten ever we have had or may have which we our executors or administrators or any of us at any time hereafter shall or may have for or by reason or reasons of any matter cause or things whatsoever from the beginning of the world until the day of the date of these presents as witness our hands and seals this 28th day of April in the sixth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lady Anne Queen of England &c. in New York 1707
