Lucas "Luke"
BRASHER was christened on 20 Dec 1697. He died in 1736.
He was married to Judith GASHERIE on
24 Nov 1723.
Luke was a beneficiary in his father's will. Judith GASHERIE
was christened on 30 May 1702. In 1739 Judith bought a dwelling on Wall
Street, New York (see deed). Tony, a slave of Judith,
was in the negro plot, April 1741. [New York Genealogical &

Despite the generally accepted genealogy, this Susannah did not marry John Stites as she clearly died as a child. See
